For individuals who are members of the Mat Factory Wrestling Club, we offer a Recovery Room membership upgrade. This gives an individual access to numerous recovery modalities including a sauna, an ice bath that is cooled and filtered, cupping and red light therapy, compression boots, and a luxurious massage chair.

The ice bath is constantly circulating and cooled to ~40°F.
