Tyler is a lifelong martial artist, starting Tae Kwon Do in 2001 and Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in 2011. He played rugby at the collegiate level, has a B.S. in Nutrition, a B.S. in Athletic Coaching, and a Masters in Exercise Science-Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. He competes in kickboxing and jiu-jitsu and is one of the head instructors for the Kids’ Jiu-jitsu program at the Mat Factory Wrestling Club.
